Ms. Steinberg has dedicated her career to employment law, advocating, counseling, training, and negotiating. She represents management in individual and class action suits, administrative proceedings, pre-litigation negotiations, employment contracts and severance agreements, investigations, training, and preventive counseling. She is a frequent speaker on employment law matters and has published and/or edited several articles, including articles in The Daily Journal.  Ms. Steinberg has extensive experience in complex business litigation, and class action defense.  She is a litigation strategist who regularly provides consultation and mentoring to other attorneys.

Ms. Steinberg is a Member of the Order of Distinguished Attorneys of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, has been named as a Super Lawyer for 2014 and 2015 and before that a Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2010, 2012, and 2013, one of the Top Women Attorneys in Southern California for 2012, 2014, and a Pasadena Top Attorney for 2010, 2011, and 2012.  She currently serves as a member of the Board of Governors of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, where she was the Chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section for two years and continues to be a member of the L&E Executive Committee.  She was also an adjunct professor of law at USC Law School for two years, teaching California Civil Procedure to second and third year law students.

Prior to opening her own firm in 2008, Ms. Steinberg was the managing attorney for Kesluk & Silverstein's Culver City office, and before that was an associate at a boutique employment law firm in downtown Los Angeles. She took her practice to Pasadena for several years as Special Counsel to Hernandez Schaedel & Associates, before returning to the westside as Principal of her own firm.  She was a law clerk for two years at Schonbrun, DeSimone, Seplow, Harris & Hoffman, a Research Assistant for Professor Elyn Saks of USC Law School, and a law clerk for the Honorable William M. Monroe, Judge of the Orange County Superior Court. Further, she worked with large national law firms on complex litigation cases.

In addition to her legal knowledge and experience, Ms. Steinberg has over ten years of business and human resources experience. During that time she worked for several years for an international telecommunications corporation as a human resources professional, working with in house counsel and management, handling employee relations issues, compliance matters, employee benefits, training, and recruiting.

Ms. Steinberg has been heavily involved in leadership and community service, holding local and national positions and raising thousands of dollars for charitable causes.

In her free time, Ms. Steinberg can be found spending time with her family and friends, enjoying all that Los Angeles has to offer.
